Let us become more aware of Your presence

BAJ/HolySpiritDoodle/Sue Carroll

So much of what we face in life can become a vehicle to build our faith by simply inviting the Holy Spirit.  He changes the way we think.  The way we love.

25 “These things I have spoken to you while I am still with you. 26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”   -John 14

  1. Sue this is beautiful! Lately the Holy Spirit has been finding his way into my day to day like. I’m taking this as a sign for me to listen more closely to the messages I may not be getting or hearing.
Thank you for sharing and for always being willing to share so much of your art and heart.

    1. Brenda, it was so good to read your post, thank you! I am so grateful for Brothers and Sisters who God has placed in my life to lovingly speak truth and who have taught me what it looks like to abide:) Isn’t it overwhelming to know our Father speaks to us, and is walking beside us in all we do! I have a wonderful teacher that has encouraged me to invite the Holy Spirit to come with me in the ordinary (shopping, doing laundry, driving, etc) to do the extraordinary. So good to know you are striving to be obedient by making the choice to listen! God will surely bless you Brenda!

  2. Sue this is so pretty! I can’t wait to try and draw a similar version. I am facilitating the new Beth Moore Bible study “Breath” at my church and this just fits in so perfectly! I wish I could figure out how to share it on Facebook 🙂

  3. I’m beginning a study in my small cottage of the book of Ruth using the DVD B book “The Girl’s Still Got It”. Pray for us. We are not affiliated with any church just women studying Gods word and praying together.
